I enjoy reading stories-true experiences or created-relating to Wicca and i have found a few on some websites...but i was wondering if there was a book or one like a chicken soup for the wiccan soul-or even something remotely close to that concept that has poems and stories by Wiccans and Pagans? has anyone found or know a book or a similar one? thanks

hmm no i've never heard of one, but i'll keep my eyes open. you know if there isn't one like that, we should get together and make one ^-^ i mean heck, somebody should *shrug*

Nope i've never heard about a chicken soup for wiccan soul either! (i think the closest thing youlll get is a chicken soup for the spiritual soul..im not even sure if that exists. but for sure there's one for the christian soul  how unfair lol) Yeah we should put together one! lol that would be soooo awesome!!!! You know, someone or some wiccan community shoudl put together a chicken souop boook like taht...imagine all the great and wonderous stories taht would be in there.... Wicca Chick |

totally, if there were someway we could pass it around we could pass the book from witch to witch, get as many people as we could then get it published. that would really be cool. i'm getting set up with a new BoS right now, and was transfering stuff last night and adding a little when i wrote something i thought, 'you know something along that line would be great to put into a wiccan chicken soup.' only lol we should call it something more like witches' stew for the wiccan soul or something like that  hmm maybe there is a way we could try something like that... *contemplation* |

lol great idea for the title  i was just thinking of taking out the poems and stories in my BoS now...since its getting too big...and making just a new book of my favorite Wiccan/Pagan relating poems and stories and call it a chicken soup for the Wiccan/Pagan soul... or if anyone knows any specific websites or stories they can add links and someone can post them in a certain spot on their website...*thinks* |

we're already taking poetry and things from eachother and adding them to our BoS lol we could collaborate on here and each make our own copies lol
i may have another wiccan friend (i have to ask her) if she is i could ask if she'd like to put in her two cents *shrug* and post whatever she might have on here.
i got this book from the library once on publishers and publishing agents and how to go about it, i could look and see if i can't find it again once we get some stuff together lol
if there were just a way to get the word out to other's ... well maybe i have an idea *contemplation* i'll look into it and get back to you.

have accully started to write a book along these lines, my agent has a couple of propected publishing houses, but all in tentive at the moment will let you all know if and when it gets finialized,

Wow that would be great KaiAidan!!!! Hehe I'd love to see a Chicken Soup for us Wiccans!!!!!! Whew that'll be the day. I was thinking when I get older and become an author of writing a book of Pagan Poetry, I can see it now...... lol. well for nwo I'll just keep writing... I've been having a huge block lately, not good.

i know about the block thing, i seem to be blocked on the novel i writing now i cant finish i think its because im at the end and I dont want to finish it cant decide how the end is sad, happy or both lol

well its about two worlds one the witch relem guess who lives there and the mortal (earth realm Witches and warlcoks yes i konw dont need to be told about the whole warlock thing but it is not a novel towards the wiccan community atlarge want the general public to understand lol
