ok I am back lol
THe ) part of the symbol is a symbolization of the Waxing Moon a.k.a. first quarter, or Maiden Goddess.
It is assoicated with the Maidan Goddess aspect because of the assoication with freshness.
During the waxing Moon it is a time of balance. The dark half of the moon begins to fill out as it approches the full moon. Energies will quicken and pick up tension and momentum . It is the time in which the moon goes outward towars the full power of the moon.
THe waxing moon is a good time to infuse power into magickal projects startrd at the new moon.
Examples of Goddesses to call apon durnig the Waxing moon are Aphrodite, Venus, and Kwan Yin

The 0 (circle in the middle) part of the symbol represents the Full Moon.
The full moon is the point of maximum strength in the moons occult force and power. At this pont the Goddess has entered the phase of the mother. The substainer of life.
Any work started at the new moon is nearing the time of harvest or at least can be given a boost of magickal power to move it towards the next stage.
Examples of goddesses to call apon are Selene, Aradia, Inanna,Isis, Demeter, Anu, and Lakshmi,
for activies to do during full moon please see suggested full moon actives in the spells rituals section

The ( represents the last quarter moon THe Waning moon as the moon less ins . It is a time of contemplation.
It is assoicated with the Crone Goddess THe GOddess of Wisdom prophecy destruction and retibution, She is the goddess of death.
You may see this (death) as bad as sad and being unwanted, but it is not true. For without death there is no life.
when one should reivew magickal work and gain insight on what needs to be changed or eliminated as the moon moves towards dark.
Examples of Goddesses to call apon are maat, themis
