Rain Drops
by Azreal
Rain drops
Falling rain drops
My eyes close tightly against the rain
Like tears the rain running down my check
The storm venting my pain
The sky crying, so that I won't have to
Thunder and Ligtening crash against the sky
And threaten the earth
My anger acted out in them
I walk slowly
Rain pools I see my reflection
Wet hair clinging to my red face
Wind blows, Cold and Warm
Stinging my eyes or pushing me along
Gone,
The person I thought I knew
And upon me now the pain of this leave
I hear wispers from the eyes of on lookers
They wonder about the stranger walking threw rain
I do not look up
Feeling their gaze is enough
I would not force myself to see their prying eyes as well
Digging always digging into another's soul
Can they not let this sad stranger pass in peace
I long for the touch and the feel of they gone
But I have destroyed that path
That connection is now gone
And as I pass threw the lonely wet streets,
I hear the call of a rainbow
And I leave this town
I will not look back
I will not turn around
I walk on
The storm taking my pain
The rain washing away the tears of past and present
And my heart fixed on the rainbow that will surly come...
ps don't ask me to explain the thinking behind his writings because most of the time i don't get it until i contemplate and meditate on it for atleast a month.
