I feel really bad about this but I wouldn't beable to be vegetarian..I love meat. However I do pray for everthing I eat and I guess praying and at least feeling guilty hasta count for something right?

LOL YES full moon - that is exactly how i feel too. And the way I see it too. At least Im a step better than those who eat meat and dont care that animals are dying to satisfy their stomachs - oh oh, i still feel bad. But YES it HAS to count for SOMETHING! (lol trying to convince myself first here!)

oh goodness! they make sushi out of everything nowadays. the tradition tho is the raw fish kind, made with seaweed, rice, and fish (salmon, tuna, eel, squid...etc) if you've ever had sushi before, i'd recomment the AAC (avocado, asaparagus, cucumber ) roll that's a great veggie roll.if you like crabmeat you can try a Californian roll. you want to start small before diving in to the raw fish. make sure to go to a qualified sushi bar if you choose to go raw.

For mock meats, Veggie Patch and Lite Life are good (Lite Life also make tempeh and seitan products). I hear Tofutti if good you vegan butter, ice cream etc, but i've never tried it Veggie brand foods are good too, i love their cream cheese! It's not vegan but only has skim milk proteins instead of being made from cream so it has a lot less fat and no cholesterol. Rose
