So I was thinking of trying Yoga...like really learning and doing it regularly (haha im thinking reguarly like once a week regularly) I was thinking of maybe taking lessons with a friend or learning from a video or something myself.
Does anyone here do Yoga regularly? Or have even tried it before? Or do it every now and than when you have time? Or are you interested? Why? Where did you learn it from - lessons, books, vid? How do YOU think Yoga benefits the us? ANd why would you want to do it?
Any thoughts on this topic are welcome! Dont be shy!

I was looking into it. I had checked some books at the book store, and looked it up on the internet. I was searching for an excercise routine that would help my knee and also help me be fit and even help my spiritual side. it seemed Yoga had all of that. but I don't know of any classes in my area, and I'm afraid I'll do something dumb and end up hurting myself...

I know there are lessons at my community centre....but the times are not that ideal. And Yoga is ideal isnt it... its got that exercise i need (i desperately need it! i hardly exercise at all!) will help my balance and flexibility and my mental patience and my spiritual side. LOL silver! You wont end up hurting yourself! Just dont try TOO hard...or else you might some of that stuff does not look easy (i didnt a small project on it before)...just take it easy and i think you'll be fine!
